AUDIO PROCESSOR COM LIM 60

  • The COM LIM 60 is an all-in-one equipment (5 bands audio processor with MPX generator, MPX decoder, RDS encoder, loudness control (EBU R 128 and ITU-R BS.1770-4) and changeover/silence detector) for FM applications (15KHz processing) and DAB, HD radio, Sirius XM, Web (20KHz processing).
    The COM LIM 60 sounds great, allowing giving personality to your station by choosing, from the many presets, the one that better suits the style of your radio.
    Fully customizable top class audio processing tools with 5 bands compression control, adjustable drive and threshold, dual AGC, 3 bands equalization (low, mid and high frequency), stereo enhancer, voice detector and 5 limiters.
    The RDS “dynamic” features allow managing many kinds of services: PS, RT, RT+, PTY, PTYN. Connecting the COM LIM 60 with the radio automation software, it can manage much additional information such as song title, song artist, on-air program, speaker’s name, etc.
    The MPX encoder and the dynamic RDS encoder are both integrated in the DSP structure providing an almost ideal MPX signal, easy to integrate with the customer infrastructure.

FM RECEIVER MR PLATINUM

  • The MR FM RECEIVER in the 87.5-108MHz band is intended to receive the air signal in the FM band and extract the mono and MPX signals. Its selective input filter allows obtaining an excellent signal-to-noise ratio of audio signals, even in conditions of very low input signal. It also has an externally synthesized stereo 19KHz pilot signal level indicator and front headphone jack for monitoring.

  • The OMB telemetry system allows to manage, to monitorize and to control all parameters of your equipments using the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) and Webserver. SNMP is becoming one of the most used protocols for managing telecommunications networks.

CHANGEOVER UNIT

  • The ATS is a microcontroller-based system which monitors the correct operation of the main transmitter and automatically switches to the back-up transmitter if it detects any failure in the main transmitter’s operation. Directional couplers at RF level are used for failure detection and its configuration is fully programable by users: 0dB power level, intervention threshold, transmitter switching time, automatic or manual operation mode, and hot or cold standby.

    The equipment can be supplied with two different possibilities:

    – A Version: 3-ports relay to switch transmitters up to 200W.

    – B Version: pilots a 4-ports relay for any power and frequency.

TRANSIENT SUPRESSOR

  • The OMB TRANSIENT SUPPRESSOR system has been conceived to protect against power surges. A set of arrestors make the transients not to reach the protected equipment and to turn off the transmitter using a recloser breaker. If the mains voltage is not within the preset parameters, the transmitter will be completely isolated from the mains. Once the mains voltage is within the preset parameters, the system resends a pulse that resets the circuit. This equipment is available for single and three phase 380V neutral systems with different current capabilities.
